  My insurance company dispatched them to provide roadside towing service to my family while stranded on the shoulder of I-70 in rural Kansas. They ignored the request and left us waiting over 3 hours before finally we were forced to contact another local towing company directly. Repeated calls to them by myself and my insurance company were answered and disconnected and then they stopped even answering. Horrible and dangerous.

  Called three hours ago and was told a service truck would be here in an hour. No answer at their phone now. Called someone else to come out. I would NOT recommend these guys.
